Recent Orders and Quick Actions make it easy to move from insight to execution, streamlining daily work for operations staff, coordinators, and program managers.

The Orders Module

The Orders module is designed for complete visibility and control over every order across programs and channels. Users can Import Orders in bulk or create a New Order directly in the system, supporting both high-volume and one-off workflows. A unified view lists All Orders, with powerful status segmentation to follow orders through their lifecycle:

Created – orders entered into the system and queued

Processing – orders actively being prepared

Shipped – orders have left the warehouse

A Total Orders metric keeps leadership aware of overall volume, while filters and views let users drill down by status, program, site, or other dimensions. This structured status model minimizes ambiguity, clarifies handoffs, and supports SLA and compliance monitoring for clinical, healthcare, and commercial programs alike.   

The Items and Inventory Module

The Items and Inventory capabilities transform product and stock management into a highly visible, tightly controlled process. Within Items, users can search, track, and report on their entire product catalog—from individual components to finished kits—ensuring every SKU is easy to locate, understand, and deploy. The Inventory view provides both summary and detailed perspectives on stock:

Total Items – complete count of distinct SKUs in the system

On Hand – total units physically present across locations and lots

Available – units ready to be allocated and shipped

Low Stock Items – SKUs that have reached predefined thresholds and require replenishment

Inventory by Item – item-by-item visibility into stock distribution 

This combination of catalog visibility and real-time inventory control is critical in regulated and high-stakes environments, ensuring serialized kitting, sample collection kits, or specialized medical components are always available, correctly tracked, and compliant. 

The Shipments Module

The Shipments module provides end-to-end visibility into outbound logistics and last-mile performance. Users can search for and track all shipments and deliveries by Tracking Number, Order Number, or view All shipments alongside their statuses:

Label created – shipment prepared in the system, label generated  

In transit – shipment moving through the carrier network

Delivered – Tracking History

Exception – issues such as delays, routing problems, or delivery failures

A Total Shipments indicator keeps teams aware of overall shipping volume and workload. This granular tracking builds confidence with sponsors, sites, consumers, employers, and retail partners, while enabling rapid intervention when delays or exceptions occur.

Taking logistics visibility a step further, the Tracking Map provides live shipment locations in a highly intuitive, visual format. Users can Refresh the view to see the latest status of Active Shipments, categorized by:

Filters allow focus on what matters most at any given moment: All Active, In Transit, Exceptions, with an option to Include Delivered for full historical context. A visual Legend clarifies each map icon, including Warehouse, Label Created, In Transit, and Exception. This mapping capability is particularly valuable for time-sensitive materials in clinical trials, genetic testing, or precision medicine, where a clear, real-time picture of shipment locations can make the difference in maintaining protocol timelines and patient experiences.
